We know nothing about American Football, other than that "the best dee-fense is a good oh-ffense" and you should always go long. Miniclip's Pro Football is still absolutely comprehensible. In fact, it's incredibly addictive.
There are two stages. First you've got to score a touchdown by bulldozing your way across a field sprinkled with defenders. Then you've got to kick the ball between those two shiny post things. All this is achieved with the arrow keys and Z.
