Caverns is about sex, death and the basic meaninglessness of existence, as enacted by small squidgy colour-coded subterranean creatures.

Each time you play, the game randomly generates a cave network composed of different coloured blocks. Those blocks give rise (in varying ways) to certain kinds of life, which then trot around attacking, eating, dying on or mating with other blocks and lifeforms.

Your job is to try to get the full set of 12 species, deleting and adding blocks to create a nurturing environment. Just point and click. Study the behaviours of your cavern dwellers, and alter the setup accordingly.
