Oh go on, here's another game before we call it a day. Created as part of on-going experiments in the field of coolness at the Singapore-MIT GAMBIT Game Lab, Abandon casts you as the lone, vulnerable source of light in a world of light-hating, supernaturally animated objects.

Use the arrow keys to find the exit. Sometimes you'll need to pick up a small glowing halo first. A pool of radiance spills around your character's feet, and any objects caught in that radiance - be they coffee tables, enormous toy robots or sofas - will spring to life and try to snuff you out.

Every time a hostile object makes contact, the light will diminish a fraction, till at last you're whisked away to the game over screen and an ominous "G'night". Sounds a bit Dylan-Thomas-ish to us. Dylan Thomas with a touch of Crocodile Dundee.

This one's free to download.
