How to Raise a Dragon is a short, simple, pleasantly moralistic yarn about (you guessed it) rearing one of these giant flame-breathing lizards, altering the beast's colour as an infant by eating certain foods, and later determining its outlook on life (and humanity).

The arrow keys move, Z jumps, X eats or interacts with an object and C unleashes your breath attack (once you develop one). Between chapters the game feeds you gameplay tips in the form of snippets from a wizard's journal.

It's worth replaying the game at least two or three times, making different choices along the route.
