D.Duck is what Donald Duck would look like if Walt Disney came to the animation board hungover, minus three of his fingers and with a nasty case of the shakes. His game, on the other hand, is a pretty straightforward point-and-click adventure with a riotous sense of humour.
As Life of D.Duck II begins, D.Duck asks his sweetheart Dasie to marry him. Unfortunately, uncle Jubalon shows up as the couple are discussing holiday plans and announces his intention to eat our scribbly hero out of house and home.
Dasie is scared into the arms of cousin Anton, leaving D.Duck and his nephews to figure out how to dislodge their corpulent relative.
The game's obvious unique selling point is the art style, which makes a virtue of untidiness, but its hilariously misspelled dialogue and slapstick scenarios are worth your trouble too - the sound of a duck having a punch-up with a grizzly bear will haunt me to my grave.
And did we mention it's free to download?
