Depressing news, lady readers. It seems 32 percent of boyfriends and husbands would rank an evening playing with their joysticks above the intimate company of their other halves.
The figure swells (cough) to gargantuan proportions if a new game's involved, with 72 percent of respondents picking the sofa over the bedroom.
Specialist retailer PS3 Price Compare queried 1,130 spoken-for men on the subject. The results, said site developer Mike Elsmore, were "startling."
Reasons given included partners "being hard to please" or "not being as much fun" as a video game. Presumably singletons have fewer hang-ups on this front.
Guess we can stop worrying about over-population then. What say you, Flytrap menfolk? Can Grand Theft Auto IV's heathen wiles seduce you away from your spouse?

That means 2/3rds of them are still available for something useful. Usually they still walk with their heads up.
